Position - Purchase Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Candidate Profile:Experience: 1-3 years
Ø Getting quotation from approved vendors
Ø Vendor development
Ø New product launched comparison
Ø Preparing comparative statement of quotations
Ø Purchase Order/ Work order preparation
Ø Planning of Material Purchase
Ø Purchase Material against INDENT form
Ø Time to time coordination with vendors
Ø Export document knowledge
Ø Make goods receiving note
Ø Correspondence & follow- up with Transporter & Supplier
Ø Quality Assurance for Material purchased
Ø Purchase Bill Processing
Ø Maintaining site wise Project Documents
Ø Managing Vendors
Ø Vendor Evaluation
Ø Supporting Accounts Dept. For clearing queries, if any vendors bills
Ø General (Common) communication with vendors
Ø Ensuring statutory requirements while purchasing material
Ø General Coordination, follow up with internal departments
Ø Review of available inventory within group companies before placing new order
Ø Identifying and listing for ARC
Ø Raising Inquiry, negotiating & finalizing
Ø Maintaining records related to the same
