Experience - More than 3 Years in recruitment with reputed Placement consultant.
Profile - *Has to handle Franchisees / Freelancers.* Has to guide, motivate and lead the team to achieve the target.*Has to handle the client with introduce new clients.*Has to handle end to end recruitment with clients.* CAN HANDLE PLACEMENT SEGMENT WITH OWNERSHIP.
Candidate profile - * Who is having the experience of more than 3 years in recruitment.*Can handle the big team .*Self motivator, initiator with good communication skill.*Stable and looking for long term assignment
*who can handle the job portal and have the knowledge of other resources
2. HR Recruiter / HR Executive
CTC - Negotiable {Depend on Experience]
Exp - More than 6 month in recruitment [Fresher with good communication can apply]
Profile -*Has to handle end to end recruitment for given profile.*Has to find out the profile from different resources to close the positions.*Has to communicate and counsel the candidates.*Has to recruit the candidates with different organizations.
Candidate Profile - * Should have good communication skill , Extrovert .*Good counseling with handle the rejections.*Fresher but career oriented can apply.
3. MARKETING MANAGER / COUNSELOR
CTC - Negotiable
Exp - Should have the knowledge of training and conducted seminar / workshop
Profile - *Has to conduct seminar / workshop in colleges and educational institutes.*Has to create the bath for certification courses.*Has to counsel the candidates for career.*Has to develop and market the courses.
Candidate profile - * Can address the audience effectively.*Good communication skill and Conducted seminar and workshop in institutes.[will get help from off also].*Co-ordinate with concern person .*Have market and business development experience.*Ready to travel in different part of India.
