Qualification : BE with 5 years of Experience / Diploma with more than 8 years.
Role & Responsibilities :
*Manpower & material management according to production plan.
*Coordinating with service dept. for avoiding production hampering.
*Responsibility of the production to achieve the given target.
*Finding the root cause of failure of production and taking the preventive action.
*Work on productivity improvement of the Body shop.
*Involving in continual improvement by adopting KAIZEN.
*Knowledge of Welding Techniques/Body shop (MIG, SPOT, and TIG).
*To control the HPC as per target.
*To achieve the DOK from cp6 to cp8.
*To minimize the unsafe condition on line.
*To control all indirect cost as per budget.
*Participate in KVP (continuous improvement project) Workshop.
*On job technical training to the workforce for enhancing their productivity & operational efficiencies through skill building Weekly training to workers for maintaining 5S on workplace
