We are looking for the post of H.R.Executive for our own ahmedabad based company..

Requirement - H.R.Executive.


Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have minimum educational requirement as Graduate and should be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail.

MBA (Any stream) would be added advantage (But Not Mandatory)

Experience: 0 - 5 years

Job Time :- 9 am to 6:30 pm evening.

Location: Ahmedabad


Job Description:
Should possess excellent understanding of Industries and divisions
Would work for providing MANPOWER solutions at senior and middle level across departments in different industries.
Would be responsible for Selecting candidates who meet the particular needs of a client by interviewing, testing, performing reference checks and matching them to a job listing.
Would ensure candidate is prepared for placement by providing job description and company specific information.


Essential Functions:
Prospect and develop potential placement orders, identifying the particular needs of existing and prospective clients. Market Universal Hunt"s permanent placement services in addition to other lines of business when applicable. Make follow up calls to gather details regarding open positions in the organization and maintain written records of all activities through our in-house software.
Interview prospective candidates, test skills, perform reference checks and match to job listing. Describe position to the candidate to ensure compatibility and present candidate information to the client.
Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will support current job listings and maintain a listing of candidates for future needs. Utilize knowledge of client"s requirements and contact previous candidates for referrals.
Maintain knowledge of Universal Hunt"s operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines. Track and maintain records on candidates, job listings and client status.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Skilled in the art of networking, as evidenced by current contacts in the local professional and business community.

Remuneration: For fresher salary between 5 - 6 on hand.
For experience salary depends upon interview and knowledged
