Help the auditors in conducting annual audits

Conducting Pre employment checks By contacting the referees and obtaining the references on time. Chasing them on regular basis verifying the dates confirmed by the referees.
Contacting candidates for reference details
Entering reference details on the system- Adding TPIF(Temporary Placement Information Form ) if the candidates of various screening to PASS.(which include the basic information of the candidate also the information of the referees)
Updating references on the system- After getting the references back from referees, we are attaching the references to PASS and updating it.
Processing and downloading timesheets. Entering failed entries to Timesheet Software.
Preparing process reports- On daily basis.
Liaising with consultants on a day to day basis- For Various screening types we need liaise with consultants and provide them with update.
Verifying and allocating scanned documents- like passport, GSK check list and health capability doc.
Chasing for CVs- Chase the candidates and obtain their CVs
