Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Service co-ordination with the respective region's
* Co-ordinate to Clients
* Co-ordinate with factory personnel for Dispatches
* Communicate with service engineers
* Update the order status in the computer system
* Preparation of daily / weekly /monthly reports
* Responsible for preparation of monthly MIS
* Co ordination with department.
* Implementation of forecasting module.

Good Verbal and written English communication skill,
Excellent in coordinating and to drive work independently.
