Purpose of Role:-

Achieving the sales target in his/her area.
Recruit, build, maintain and motivate the agents.
Ensure that the sales force is able to achieve planned business results.
Assign territory to the sales force; evaluate the territory"s market Potential and competitive influences.

Education + Experience:-

*Graduate with minimum 1 year of Experience (1 year need to be into sales only)
*MBA with minimum 1 year of sales experience
*Undergraduate with min. 2 years of exp. (at least 1 year into sales).
Age:-
*Minimum 23.5 years & maximum 45 years.

Package Offered: - Up to 3.5 lacks (Per Annum) + Reimbursements + Incentives
