Technical Support Person Needed for International Internet Hosting & Support Company

Job Description & Details: 
Support people will be responsible for resolving issues that clients experience with the Joomla! CMS. Expect to answer tickets through an online ticket system or over the phone. You will speak with clients on a daily basis. Prospective candidates for this position should also be able to communicate and work well with a team of support specialists. 

Job Requirements:
Knowledge of PHP, HTML and CSS
Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal English language skills)
Knowledge of the Joomla! CMS
Knowledge of the Joomla! Platform preferred
Positive Attitude and Self-motivation
