This is to inform you about the openings available at our esteemed organization, Motif India InfoTech Pvt. Ltd, one of the leading BPOs-KPOs in Gujarat. We would be conducting the interviews in Baroda on Saturday - 13th July, 2013.

We have immediate requirements of 150 Customer Care Representatives for our International campaign in Voice as well as Non-voice process at our Ahmedabad center.

Shift timings for International Non-voice: 24X7 (9 hrs rotational shifts per month)

Shift timing for International Voice : Fixed night shifts (6:00pm to 3:30am)

Work Profile:
- Production: Processing of cases/ giving customer service as per the client guidelines.
- (Emails, Chats Support & Voice)
- Ensuring the service levels and the target (as per the situation and business needs) is met without compromising on quality.
- Strictly adhering to the guidelines laid down for the processing
- Quality: Maintaining the quality standards and efforts for improving the same

Candidates Desired Profile:
- Excellent English communication skills ( both verbal and written)
- Excellent basic computer knowledge
- Willing to work in 24 x 7 work environment
- At least high school/diploma certificate

Walk-in: Saturday (13th July, 2013) - Between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm

Additional Outstation allowance of Rs. 4,000/- per month paid to outstation candidates located at distance more than 50kms from Ahmedabad and who relocate to Ahmedabad (For the candidates hired for International Web & Chat Campaign). For Voice Campaign NO OUTSTATION Allowance would be provided.

7 days initial free stay (on sharing basis) with food for all Outstation candidates joining Motif.
