* Searching right profiles through Web mining, Active and Passive search.
* Talent search and management.
* Headhunting, Cold calling
* Interacting with the Candidates for getting their interest confirmations.
* Referral generation.
* Data Base Management: Vendors and Consultants.
* Handling the scrutinizing and short-listing of candidates.
