Qualifications: Any Graduate with good communication skill 
Job Location: Ghatlodia ,Nr.Karmachari Cross Roads, Ahmedabad
Salary: Will be commensurate with the industry.
No. Of Openings: 2 Openings

Fresher can apply.
Fresher candidate or NON H.R. candidate will be given all the training for the same.

Job Profile:

. Responsible for handling complete life cycle of hiring.
. To understand the requirement of client.
. To source CVs (Head Hunting, Referencing, Job Portals etc.) as per client requirements.
. To use various job portals for sourcing the appropriate CV
. Initial Screeing of the CVs.
. Call the particular candidate and communicate regarding the opening.
. Preliminary Short-listing of the candidates through telephonic interview or personal interview.
. To send preliminary short-listed candidate's profile to the client.
. To schedule all the candidates as per the client schedule..
Counseling the selected candidates to join the client company highlighting the core Strengths of the Client Company.
. Maintaining & managing the database of Candidates.
. Preparing an MIS Report.

Candidate must have good communication skill .
