INTERNATIONAL CAMPAIGN - CCR

No. of Positions: 75

International Salary Structure:
* Starting salary for fresher - Rs. 14,500/- Fixed CTC (International Web & Chat Processes) & Rs.13,500/- Fixed CTC (Other International processes)
* Maximum Salary - Rs, 15,000/ - Fixed CTC to Rs. 17,500 Fixed CTC with 1-2 years of BPO experience that would after the submission of all the documents of the last company you worked with.
* Additional Outstation allowance of Rs. 4,000/- per month paid to outstation candidates located at distance more than 50kms from Ahmedabad and who relocate to Ahmedabad (Kalol, Gandhinagar, Nadiad, Anand, Sanand are not included) (Only for Web & Chat campaigns).
* 7 days initial free stay (on sharing basis) with food for all Outstation candidates joining Motif.

Job Description:
To provide chat and e-mail support to our international clients

Competency Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English (primarily written)
* Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
* 5 days a week, 2 consecutive days weekly off

Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates

Job Qualification:
* College degree or undergraduate
* Basic knowledge of computers and Internet

DOMESTIC CAMPAIGN - CCR

No. of Positions: 75

Domestic Salary Structure:
* Sales support: Rs. 11,000/- Fixed CTC + potential to earn additional Rs.15,000/- as incentives
* Customer Service: Rs. 11,000/- Fixed CTC + potential to earn additional Rs.3,000/- as incentives
* Back Office: Rs. 10,000/- Fixed CTC + potential to earn additional Rs. 3,000/- as incentives

Job Description:
To provide E-mail, Chat and Voice support to our domestic client.

Competency Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
* No Night Shifts - Willing to work between 6am to 10pm
* 6 days a week

Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates

Job Qualification:
* College degree or undergraduate
* Basic knowledge of computers and Internet
