Job profile:-
1.Hospital visits for audit of the patient admitted and scrutiny of hospital medical records leads to discussion with the doctor concerned.
2.Have to prepare reports for hospital audits and explain to the state nodal agency in case of anamolies/fraud identified.
3.Quality check of audit conducted by a extra agency
4.Co-ordination with the agency for TAT and success ratio of audit
5.Medical examination of Post Operative patients in case of field visit.
6.Responsible for loss ratio of concerned portfolio.
7.Analysis of claim transaction data to identify the triggers for investigation.
8.Stategy and plannning for smooth operation of the policy.
9.Responsible for escalation from Goverment and other Beneficiaries of the scheme.
