* Should have to Co-ordinate with Technicians & End Customers,
* Functional knowledge of customer service and sales techniques.
* Should have Convenience & Negotiation Skills,
* Will be working in US Shift Central and Pacific Time Zone
* Candidate from English Medium and having good experience in International Voice Process will be preferable,
