6. Brief job description: Train the students for English Reading, Writing & Listening skills, deliver lectures, assessment work, Prepare Material, Upgrade Knowledge of Current Affairs & Personal Counseling of Students .
7. Skill requirements: Presentable, Good Communication Skills, Excellent Command over English, Adaptable, Smart Worker, Logical Ability.
2. Coaching Manager
Location : Ahmedabad
IELTS Trainer/ Training Coordinator/ Academics Administrator
* Responsible for training, developing, and managing performance of students.
Handling coaching projects to train staff as well as students at premises on all modules of IELTS and TOEFL
* Give training to trainers on new courses being master trainer.
* Understanding and preparing detailed training strategies across.
* Ensured evaluations were conducted on all training and development programs in line with the approved evaluation strategy.
* Ensured that statutory training requirements were met.
* Provide quality support, feedback, refresher and corrective training.
* Develop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis.
* Groom and develop training talent in-house.
* Provided monthly reporting on training and development metrics, including number of training batches, participant profiles and evaluation results.
