Exp Range -3 to 5 Years

Experience with developing professional web based applications
Knowledge of PHP5, Javascript, HTML and Ajax 
Good in Object Oriented Programming
Any PHP Framework development experience - advantage
Any JavaScript Framework development experience - advantage

Exp- 5 to 8Years

3+ years experience developing professional PHP/LAMP solutions
Knowledge in monitoring web application performance
Experience with Database Design and Optimization (MySQL preferred)
Knowledge of MVC, SOAP, SOA, and DOM
Advanced technical knowledge JavaScript, HTML, XML and AJAX
Must be able to articulate advanced technical solutions and concepts to both business and technical audiences
Advanced technical knowledge of any PHP Framework
Advanced technical knowledge of any JavaScript Framework.
