We are looking for Web Designer having professional experience of 2 or more years and willing to work at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Job Description
*Responsible for the development and GUI design of major and minor Web / mobile devices (iPhone/iPad/Android) based applications and components
*Ensure implementation of the Web 2.0 and W3C Standards compliant GUI by layout slicing and working with the ASP.net application development team
*Utilize best practices and design methods to insure the success of the projects.
*Operate effectively as a member of the development team
*Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
*Utilizes storyboarding / Wire framing and graphic pre-designs where appropriate.
Desired Candidate Profile
*Experience in developing websites and/or web applications. Minimum of 2 years of web design and development experience is required.
*Solid understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability.
*Front-end and some back-end development experience. More important is the experience of seamless integration of front-end to back-end functionality.
*Practical experience in
oLayout Designing in Photoshop, Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite),
oLayout Slicing compliant to Web 2.0 and W3C Standards
oWeb animations using Flash/ActionScript.
oHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Perl
oLogo designing
oPresentation designing
oBoucher designing
*XHTML and HTML 5 exposure is an added advantage
*Visual studio .NET tool experience is an added advantage
*Candidate must possess a good color combination skill to design attractive layouts along with various designing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
*Excellent written and oral communication skills.
*Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
*University degree a plus but not required.
