1.Depending on the position you are applying for, you would ideally have around 0 - 48 months experience in Human Resource / Recruitment Services business though Fresher"s may also apply.
2.For HR / Sr HR Executive you would have good experience of working on Job Portals to search for candidates.
3.Should have high quality exposure to recruitment services business.
4.Keen on building long-term career in Human Resource / Recruitment services business.
5.You would possess good communication skills, especially in spoken English.
6.Must have the ability to work with System & Processes.
7.Have experience of working on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Internet Explorer.
8.You will need to work smartly and should have the ability to think out of box.
9.Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Ahmedabad may apply.
