	Calling candidates who registered on websites (minimum 90-100 calls a day) Chasing documents to complete the recruitment process and maintain files Reminder calls regarding interviews. Excellent Communication skills required, preferably with sales background and past work experience of 6-12 months. Should have atleast 6 months of corporate experience. Should be able to work in any shifts. Should have zeal and enthusiasm to learn.
