Position Title: Research Team Lead
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
* A Bachelor"s degree from a top tier institution (minimum of 60% in 10th/12th/graduation)
* 4 - 8 years of work experience.
* 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing large research/data teams
* Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet search.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* As a Research Team Leader, you will be leading a team of people who will be focused on completing critical short term data projects for the company on diverse and wide ranging topics related to healthcare data. Your insights, time management and communication skills will be crucial for building a responsive and nimble research data projects team.
* Motivating a team to complete data projects accurately and on time
* Ensuring quality assurance of all data projects in process
* Learning and mastering all research and technology tools required to complete data projects successfully
* Identifying and communicating process improvements and leading the implementation of solutions
* Preparing project/process documents for all data projects
* Managing time and resources to consistently meet deadlines
* Training and providing feedback to the team on how to improve its performance and the overall process
* Building a strong working relationship with teams in US and India
KEY OBJECTIVES
The Research Team Leader may have more objectives, but achieving three primary objectives is critical to success.
1. Management - train, develop, and inspire a team to achieve all project goals
2. Execution - Quickly and accurately execute a variety of ad hoc data projects
3. Process Improvement - generate and communicate ideas to enhance process efficiency
