	Job Description
	The candidate will be responsible for: Plan, Design & Implement SEO/SEM strategy Develop new and innovative ideas for Online Marketing Implementing ethical, white hat SEO techniques on websites. Analysing, identifying and implementing proper keywords, META tags and other on-page techniques. Develop high quality and theme based link building strategies and off-page techniques. Candidate will be also responsible for setting up xml site maps, analytics code properly and monitoring rankings and Google Analytics reports regularly. Monitoring website performance, keyword performance, traffic using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools. Working with web development team to improve site structure and to optimize page layout. Staying up-to-date with Google's algorithm updates and implementing Google's latest on-page and off-page recommendations. Guiding web developers to implement rich snippet and Google authorship and to improve site structure.
