Job Title:
Customer Care Representative - Sales process of Make My Trip Campaign
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Job Description: Responsible for selling domestic and international travel packages, designing itineraries, costing, hotel booking, etc.
Competency Requirements:
* Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
* Working knowledge of computers, MS Office & internet
* Willingness to work in 6:00 am - 11.30 pm window; weekly off: Sunday/Saturday (Rotational)
* No night shifts
* Working days: 6 days Working Process
* Sales experience and/or travel experience will be an added advantage
Work Experience: Freshers / Experienced
Job Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Compensation Package: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
