Require Accountant at Ahmadabad, Baroda & Bharuch who can join within 15 days in one of our client company.

Candidate should have passed minimum Graduate and having knowledge of Tally software system.

Profile:

Maintain Bank Book & Bank Reconciliation & Finalizing daily Bank Balances.
Preparing the Salary slip for the Employees.
Preparing invoices.
Handling Billing activity.
Payment of TDS online & offline monthly as well as preparing & filing
Quarterly TDS Returns.
Handling and Maintaining Petty cash.

Preparing the Salary slip for the Employees.
Filling Income tax Returns.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Develop and maintain financial data bases
Responsible for the payment follow-ups.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial Reports
Monitor and support taxation issues
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, yearly payments
Bank Relation
Develop and maintain financial data bases (using Tally 9 ERP)
Taking care of all administration related activities, if required.
Taking care of all accounts related activities.
