- To provide the back support to overseas clients.
- to solve customers complains and share the details with operations team.
Competency Requirements:-
- Excellent communication skills in English (Good Grammer is must)
- Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
- Typing Speed Of 22-30 WPM.
- Self Motivated.
- Good Analytic Skill.
- Confident in handling customers.
Shifts Timings : 9 Hours (Rotational - 24*7 Working Environment)
