What does a Holiday Expert do?
MakeMyTrip receives queries from interested customers who are planning a vacation/ holiday within or outside India. MMT gives leads/contact details of such customers to Holiday Experts. These Experts work from home and call such customers, understand their requirements and create a holiday package to match their needs. Their work involves designing itineraries, working out the cost of the package and following up on the queries by phone calls. The Holiday Experts are given access to MakeMyTrip database & internal software"s and tools for the same. They are also provided training on various destinations, booking processes, new product launches etc.
Remuneration: A fixed pay plus mobile reimbursement; in addition to a share of the profits generated.
Who are we looking for?
- Ladies Only between 20-45 years of age
- Currently not employed; not looking for full-time opportunities in the next 1 year
- Passionate about travelling and good knowledge of some domestic / international destinations
- Good communication and influencing skills - both verbal and written
- Own a computer / laptop with internet connection at home and are proficient in MS Word & Excel
