Job Description:
1.Recruitment
- To recruit Certified Insurance Advisors
- To convince advisors to start insurance advisory business
- Assisting in empanelment process
- Coordination for training & Examination for certification
2.Business Development
- Training of advisors regularly on products & concepts
- Assisting advisors in making business plans and Targets
- Joint calls for client acquisition & client retention
- Joint calls for Group insurance
- Coordinating activities like client meets and health camps
- Coordination with insurance companies for Group quotes
- Regular followup's for business development with advisors
- Contest communication to advisors timely
- Activation of all empaneled advisors
3.After Sales services
- Assisting advisors in claim assistance
- Coordination with Insurance companies for faster issuance of policies
- Query resolution of advisors relating to policy servicing and incentivisation
4.System and Process
- Following Sales process & Reporting regularly
5.Skill up gradation
- Attending the 100 hours training and clearing certification exam
- Regular knowledge update on new product, guidelines and regulations

Skills Required:
1. Basic Knowledge of Insurance or other financial product
2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written
