Job Location: Vadodara and Navi Mumbai

Position Overview:
To follow up on claims effectively to reduce the AR days. This will include excellent analytical skills to evaluate the federal and state guidelines for all the major insurance companies and various specialties across USA.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for calling Insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables
2. Strong convincing power and to dispute the claims that are pending with Payers
3. Sound domain knowledge on the Revenue cycle management (RCM) for US healthcare process
4. Adherence to company policies rules and regulations
5. Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policy recommended for the process
Desired Profile:
Experience, Knowledge, Skills/competencies required (what is expected to be achieved to meet organizational goals)
1. Undergraduate/Graduate with minimum 1 yr of AR Voice Experience
2. Pursuing post graduation and willing to work in night shifts are entertained
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Should be flexible to work in the night shifts (US timings) (Company provides transport)
5. Accommodation provided to outstation candidates
6. Typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
