We are conducting Recruitment Drive in Nagpur on 11th January, 2014 for the following positions:


1. Designation Customer Care Representative (ICCR):


Job Description:
  • Process emails/chats/cases & work on ad-hoc projects.
  • Meet the hourly/daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets.
  • Processing of e-mails/chats/transactions as per the instructions given by TLs.
  • Ensuring the target (as per the situation and business needs) are met without compromising on quality.
  • Strictly adhering to the guidelines laid down for the processing of e-mails/chats/transactions. Keep updated with process and policy updates & any new developments

Competency Requirements:
  • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Internet.
  • Job Location: Ahmedabad

Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates


Job Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate



2. Sales Executives (Holiday Sales):


Job Description:
  • Understanding the query of the customer, work on it and accordingly prepare a holiday package.
  • Perform sales to inbound voice and web based customer inquiries for international/domestic holiday sales.
  • No Night Shifts.
  • No Cold Calling.
  • Should be able to handle escalations and work in excel.

Competency Requirements:
  • Under graduate/graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Hotel and Holiday Sales in a quality centric company.
  • Working days: 6 days a week& 7 days of process operations.
  • Job Location : Ahmedabad
  • Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday/Sunday).
  • Working Hours Window: 9 hrs. a day (including 1 hour break) any time between 8:00 am to 10:00pm.
  • IATA Certified Course would be an added advantage
  • Travel industry knowledge & experience in Hospitality or customer service industry
  • OTA (Holiday sales) candidate will be preferred
  • Accent training (only for voice campaigns)
  • Excellent Knowledge of Airlines Terminologies, Rules and Regulations
  • Knowledge about international/domestic destinations
  • Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment.
