Salary - 1.40 Lacs to 2.16 Lacs per annum + Incentives in USD

Job Description:
*Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English
*The designated person would lead and drive a highly motivated and talented sales team.
*The sales process is a sophisticated order desk for retail stores in US where the team interacts with highly educated and professional store owners and managers.
*Would be responsible for mentoring, directing constantly motivating the team achieve higher sales target.
*The person needs to take escalations and do customer reviews to understand the pulse of the market and competition.
*Analyze various sales statistics and reports to understand micro parameters affecting performance and work on the same.
*Be an aggressive team player and a passionate leader.

*Perform other duties as assigned.
