Job Description:

Title : Routing Executive
Location : Ahmedabad
CTC :Max up to 3.00 LPA.
Must open for Night sift

Coordinate scheduling of field agents (Medical Record Technicians (MRTs)) with medical offices in order to send MRTs on-site to copy medical records.
Confirm previously scheduled appointments.
Work with medical office's to answer any logistical questions they might have.
Conduct research for and provide answers to management regarding Routing related questions and issues.
Work closely with Call Center to provide support when needed
Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.

Skills and Experience:
*Minimum 2 yrs work experience in International Call Center.
*Ability to coordinate smoothly with interdepartmental coordinators, MRT"s and medical offices.
*Excellent written &verbal communication skills, good typing skills with minimal errors & proper grammar.
*MUST have excellent telephone etiquette and clarity of voice with proper pronunciation.
*PC Skills (i.e. word, excel, etc.) is a MUST.
*MUST have great organization skills.
*MUST be a team player.
*MUST be able to multitask.
*Ability to think fast, think smart and have great problem solving skills.
*Should have good analytical skills.
*Ability to stay calm even in the worst scenarios.
*Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
