Designation: Customer Support Executive / Sr. Customer Support Executive

Experience: 0 - 5 Years Experience

Location: Satellite Road - Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to 1.5 lakhs (Based upon the Experience and the Performance in the interview)

Employment: Direct payroll

Gender: Any Gender

Qualification: Any graduate


Shift: General Shift (9.30am - 6.30pm)


Job Description:

Assisting the customers via email and phone
Resolving brokerage issues by responding to emails and calls.
Solving queries of customers.
Preparing internal and external reports.
Maintaining customer focus on all times and a customer's enquiries using the standard guild lines.
Taking ownership of complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution.
Making sure that all customer queries are well investigated and resolved escalating queries if appropriate to supervisor.
Assisting in preparing and developing the documentation of the organization standard policies and procedures towards customer service.


Desired Profile:
Should be interested to work in Customer Support Profile.
Candidate with excellent communication
Excellent Telephonic etiquettes.
Regional Language Must
Knowledge of MS - Office.
