Position Overview :

* Fluency in English Communication
* Willing to work in night shifts
* Experience in Client Relationship Management

Job Functions :

* Coordinate with intra and inter departments
* Coordinate with Team leader, clients, and other team members as and when required
* Generate reports

Skills Required :

* Quick Decision Making
* Ability to work under stress
* Excellent mail drafting skill
* Good knowledge in Excel
* Strong interpersonal Skill
* Sound experience in the areas of coordination and client relationship management
