Handle Inbound & Outbound calls for an an marketing website of online shopping.
Solving customer queries and giving them correct information about each and every product.
Added responsibility of handling all queries or cases related to damaged or undelivered products.
Emails & chats are the ways to communicate.
Desired Profile:
1. Candidate must have good command over English language.
2. Proactive and should have leadership skills.
3. Convincing Power.
4. Presentation skills to Interact with Customers.
