A. Job Description
*At iPatientCare we expect you to understand US outpatient healthcare industry and our software solutions to build up internet marketing strategies.
*A critical element of this role is to improve visibility of iPatientCare in top ranking on top pages on web as well as on social media networks and deliver results.
*Manage Internet marketing campaigns.
*Keyword Research: Identifying high search keyword phrases for target niches Analytics: Experience with tools like Net Tracker, Web Trends
*Collaborate with writers to develop keyword-targeted content.
*Implement and execute the marketing plans for various online marketing programs, including client engagements and interactions
*Lead and motivate internal team members to achieve top performance, while managing them every step of the way
*Willing to take ownership of projects and be accountable to the ultimate success of each project / campaign
*Evaluate effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis
*A high degree of energy, commitment, initiative and enthusiasm is required along with a thirst for knowledge in the internet marketing arena. The ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is essential.
B. Desired Candidate Profile:
B1. Minimum requirement
*Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO/SEM profile
*Experience with various marketing tools.
*Highly knowledgeable about search engine optimization tactics and how web metrics are tracked.
*Should have current knowledge of latest industry trends with Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.
*Web Analytical skills including ability to monitor traffic, understand click through and select relative data for analyzing future action
*Highly Proficient with English Writing and Speaking Skills
*Strong execution and implementation skills
B2. Preferred (plus)
Exposure of Sales and Marketing function in US HealthCare IT Industry will be an advantage
Any exposure of Social media marketing of software products in India and/or USA will be advantage
C. Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Management especially in Marketing and Sales
D. Professional Experience: Professional experience of 3 or more years in SEO, SEM, eMarketing, Online marketing
