Position: HR/Admin Executive

Qualification: MBA or equivalent
Location: Ahmedabad

Salary will not be a Salary will not be a limiting factor for deserving candidate.

Candidate must experience in all activities of recruitment and office admin will be preferable.

Candidate must

- Excellent in English & Presentation
- Candidate must be willing to Learn
- Must be Patient and dedicative
- Very Good Organizer
- Knowledge of Information Technology / IT industry with recruitments background.
- Posting of job on the job portals, websites, blogs and other discussion forums

HR Responsibilities:

- All Related to HR : Recruitment-prepare job advertisements for different media, screen out irrelevant CVs, Telephonic interview, Lineup personal interviews, Arrange practical test and Final rounds, background check, issue joining/promotion/separation letters.
- Assist to the HR Manager
- Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives
- Handle day to day employee queries
- Maintaining cordial employee relations
- Payroll Processing
- Good understanding of statutory compliance, PF-ESIC
- Other Adhoc activities

Admin Executive Responsibilities:

- Handling all Admin Related Activities like Housekeeping
- Maintain Record of Employee- Attendance, Leave & other benefits
- Ensure employee discipline is observed
- Handling Entire General Administration & Other Day to Day Functions
