Job responsibilities:
First & foremost responsibility would be professional & performance oriented approach.
Have an in depth understanding of the sectors they"re working for and the entire recruitment process.
Responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle - from strategizing for sourcing the best available talent till the successful joining of the candidates.
Sourcing candidates from the job portals like naukri.com, monsterindia.com, timesjobs.com, referencing, networking, headhunting.
Providing quality service support to clients and catering to their HR needs in the recruitment cycle.
Experience;
* 0 to 3 years in Recruitments at senior & middle management level.
* Freshers can also Apply.
* Candidate having experience & / or willing to work in Engineering / Manufacturing, Construction / Infrastructure, Power, Overseas, Textile sectors.
Candidates having experience in other sectors, having a fire in the belly and confident of starting & managing the entire sector may also apply.
