Job Description:
You will be responsible for handling day to day in house recruitment activities, sourcing / data mining from various job portals, analyzing the CVs and shortlist the candidates based on the pre- set criteria, inviting candidates for interview process by calling them or through emails, conducting and coordinating the entire selection process, which includes written tests, interviews and personal discussions.
