Dear Candidate,

We have urgent opening for the post of Process Associate in Pacific Global Solutions.

A. Scope of Work:
Operate, support and review the day to day accounting operations and processes for designated clients.
Complete the basic accounting processes like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR),
Daily Sales Report (DSR),
General Journal Entries,
Payroll Entries,
Preparation of Cheques,
Fund Transfer etc.
Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions
Review the accounting and financial reports for the assigned clients.
Strictly adhere to the SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Communicate all escalations to the supervisor


B. Competence Requirements

Strong Basic Accounting Knowledge
Typing Speed of 30 - 40 w.p.m. with minimum 90% accuracy and a maximum of 99.99% accuracy.
Good PC and database knowledge and process management skills
Initiative and Independence: Client focus
Eligibility: B.Com, B.B.A., M.Com, BBM, with 50% and above aggregate scores(Final Semester/Year results awaited are allowed without any backlogs)
Experience: 0-1 years of experience required.
Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word.
Well conversant in Oral and Written Conversation.
Good Command over English Language.
