JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Find suppliers - Get Quotation - Negotiate Price - Prepare Purchase * Order - Track Order - Get Shipment on time.
* Prepare or collect invoices - provide to accounting office - ensure payments are done on time to vendors.
* Manage sub contract suppliers. 
* Do basic accounting for office.
* Manage Employee time sheets and pay roll.
* Manage petty cash accounting every week.
* Manage logistics for shipments - customs paper work - shipping documents - book shipments with shipping agency.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS 

A candidate should have following basic qualities :

1.Dynamic Personality.Should possess good English and Gujarati Communication.
2.Problem Solver, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic, Good Negotiator
