JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE/POSITION:
Commercial Executive
JOB LOCATIONChangodar, Ahmedabad, 5 days a week working.
Salary
The Best in the industry, CTC will include daily travelling expenses
JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Find suppliers - Get Quotation - Negotiate Price - Prepare Purchase * Order - Track Order - Get Shipment on time.
* Prepare or collect invoices - provide to accounting office - ensure payments are done on time to vendors.
* Manage sub contract suppliers.
* Do basic accounting for office.
* Manage Employee time sheets and pay roll.
* Manage petty cash accounting every week.
* Manage logistics for shipments - customs paper work - shipping documents - book shipments with shipping agency.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/
A candidate should have following basic qualities :
1.Dynamic Personality.Should possess good English and Gujarati Communication.
2.Problem Solver, Self Motivated, Enthusiastic, Good Negotiator
3.Ability to Multitask
4.Good Team Member, Should be able to work in team
5.Knowledge of MS Office
Qualification :
Graduate/MBA
