Urgent openings available at our esteemed organization, Motif India InfoTech Pvt. Ltd, one of the leading BPOs-KPOs in Gujarat.
We having opening for our Domestic Campaign for Make My Trip.
Key Purpose of the Job:
- Provide customer service to ensure continuing and profitable business for Motif.
- Accountable for meeting the client expectations in terms of productivity, quality, login hours, training, and other metrics related to the process.
- Adhere to the core values, policies and processes laid by the company to maintain healthy and competitive work environment
Nature of work:
- Inbound Sales (No Cold calling).
- Customer support & Back office
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
Production:
- Process emails/chats, attend calls & work on ad-hoc projects.
- Meet the hourly /daily /weekly /monthly productivity targets.
- Processing of e-mails /chats / transactions as per the instructions given by TLs.
- Ensuring the target (as per the situation and business needs) are met without compromising on quality.
- Strictly adhering to the guidelines laid down for the processing of e-mails /chats /transactions /calls.
- Keep updated with process and policy updates & any new developments
Quality:
- Ensuring that the QA targets are met.
- Attending the coaching sessions and workshops.
- Attending the training sessions as planned by the leads.
- Attending pre /post-shift meetings and adhering to the processes laid out /updates from the meeting.
- Self-evaluation of the training sessions attended, and providing the feedback to TLs
Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced candidates.
Job Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.

- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of computers and Internet
- Willingness to work in 6 am - 10:30 pm window
- No night shifts
- Working days: 6 days a week - Weekly off: 1 days (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
- Sales experience and/or travel experience will be an added advantage
