Job Description
* Candidate should be able to work independently and have problem solving skills.
* Must interpret written business requirements and technical documents.
* Must code individual modules as part of the project from specific requirements without any supervision.
* Should Investigate, analyze and document reported bugs.
* Must perform maintenance, programming and correction of identified bugs.

1. Job Knowledge & Functional Knowledge:
a. Develop/Maintain the programs for the specified technology to meet the specifications
b. Execute application program test scenarios including integration scenarios and record results
c. Troubleshoot application problems :
i. Bugs resolved
ii. Technical Issues resolved.
2. Research / Exploration of tools and technologies:
a. Keep self up-to-date on the technology front
b. Learn all new techniques required in the project.
c. Should have basic understanding of various domains required in the project
3. Process Adherence:
a. Documentation (Documents/Templates maintained which are CMMI compliance).
