We usually deal with technical, engineering requirements.
We understand the technical requirements of the clients, and source relevant CVs and try to close their vacancies with the cost effective and efficient, skilled candidates.
JOB PROFILE:
Understanding the client"s requirement of manpower.
Sourcing relevant CVs from the job portals.
Filtering the relevant profiles.
Validating them over the phone.
Forwarding the CVs to the client.
Arranging the interviews of the short listed candidates at Client"s place.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent English Communication Skills (Both Written & Verbal)
Excellent voice quality over the phone.
Good typing speed.
Emotionally stable, cool & understanding.
Intellectually sharp.
