Position 2: Business Development Personnel
Domain: Human Resource Solution
As a Business Development Personnel you will be responsible to acquire new clients and projects
Role & Responsibilities:
* Acquisition of New Clients
* Responsible to conduct market research, keeping strong check on current hiring trends, events and happenings in Industry
* Understanding Clients need and their hiring procedures
* Closes new business deals by keeping track on requirements.
* Keeping in touch with Top Management Individuals
* Creating and maintaining brand value of company and products.
